炭酸カルシウム（CaCO3、比重２.７）の堆積がひどく、
１年に１回、２週間かけて堆積（平均０.９m、最大１.８m）を除去していた。
・ＯＨＲエアレーターに交換後は堆積は激減し、槽から水抜きしても
堆積が視認できないほどの顕著な改善となった。
・曝気槽サイズ：６５mL×６mW×４.５mD＝１,７５５m3×６槽＝１０,５３０m3
設置エアレーター：AE-１３０N型×４２４本を設置

Wastewater: 24,000m3/day. The MLSS concentration is 5,000 to 8,000mg/ℓ,
and lime accounts for 15 to 20% of the concentration.
Calcium carbonate (CaCo3 with a specific gravity of 2.7)
flocculated badly, and once a year, it took two weeks to
remove the flocculation (average 0.9m, maximum 1.8m).
After replacement with the OHR Aerator, the flocculation
drastically decreased, and conditions improved
significantly so that no flocculation was observed even
when water was drained from the tank.
Aeration tank size:65mL × 6mW × 4.5mD = 1,755m3 × 6tanks
= 10,530m3
Installed aerator : AE-130N model × 424 units were installed.
